Welcome to our piece of paradise! Built in the 1970s, Red Hill Beach House is a stunning 3-storey residence in the coastal community of Zaboric. Situated on a sleepy road just three doors from the beach, its balconies offer breath taking views of the bay, while the downstairs veranda embodies the essence of Adriatic outdoor living. If you’re looking for a place to switch off from the stress of everyday life, Red Hill Beach House is the ideal location. The house features three double bedrooms with air-conditioning, fitted wardrobes and lots of space. Two bedrooms lead to the upstairs terrace, where you can stargaze in the night while sipping on a glass of cool local white wine or a beer. There are three bathrooms, one on each floor. With large outdoor and indoor living space on the middle and lower floors, the house is a superb communal base for families who want to explore the Dalmatian coast. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads to the outside terrace. It has a big double-fridge/freezer that produces cold water. You will find this a very welcome feature in the Croatian summer heat! The house has an informal dining space on the veranda. The living room has comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. High-speed broadband is free. The house also features a small living room on the ground floor, where you can take a cool afternoon nap. This room can also be used to store beach toys and other water sport equipment. Since this is our home from home it contains a lot of personal belongings such as paintings, photos and a library with books in English, German and Croatian. The house has all mod cons such as a dishwasher, washing machine, iron, towels and bedlinen. The car park at the back is tight but can take up to two small cars, one people carrier or van.

Red Hill Beach House is located near the Roman town of Sibenik, ca 15 km. There are two airports nearby - Zadar or Split. Both airports are about one hour’s drive from Red Hill Beach House. The neighbourhood is very quiet and family-oriented. If you are looking for nightlife - this is not the right place for you. Red Hill Beach House is less than 50 meters from the private beach. The beach is designed to suit children and adults alike – whether you want to slowly glide into the Adriatic or dive straight into it. Watching the sunset or taking one last swim before the sun goes down is something we highly recommend. The area is very safe for children as only residents drive to and from houses. There is absolutely NO other traffic.
