Enjoy the residence with only 8 modern and luxuriously rooms, situated only 100 meters from the beach, in a tourist resort just 2 km from the centre of Porec. Rooms with a spacious bathroom and large-screen TV, Free use of Wi-Fi and parking, and a terrace with a beautiful view where you can enjoy romantic sunsets. Do not miss the breakfast that is exceptionally served in our luxury pâtisserie on the coast 5 minutes walk along the beach or optionally served in the room. Additional comfort of the residence is provided by the catering service, the organization of excursions on request, and at your fingertips a hairdresser and a fine fresh fruit shop and bakery on the ground floor of the residence. For the benefit of stay, shall ensure that reception staff is available 24 hours for all your needs.

Neighborhood info

Spadici is a part of the town of Porec, 1.5 km away from the city center, and 100 m from the sea. It is located north of the city center, and is marked by a number of private houses. It is only a few steps away from the first and most beautiful beaches and the promenade that leads to the city. The zone is suitable for couples or families who want a vacation near the sea and all events and yet outside the city crowds. The Spadici zone can be considered a small town in itself because it consists of a bakery, several hotels, restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, shops and sports facilities. The area is connected to the city center by a tourist train that passes through the famous city promenade Pical. Poreč is a tourist destination on the Adriatic, known for its many cultural events, cafes, restaurants, sports facilities and beautiful beaches.
