NEW BRAND LUXURY VILLA in Podgora built and fully equipped in 2020 ready for guests.Locted in a quiet neighbourhood,distanced from other properties,sorrounded by pine trees and olive groves,350 m from the ocean and beach,800 m from centre,500 m from grocery store.It is designed so,our gest can enjoy gorgeous view from all balconies,roomsand levels overlooking the ocean and islands Brac and Hvar as well as a panorama of our cozy village.Main floor garage fits 4 vehicles plus outdoor parking space and acces.Villa has three storeys and four apartments.Two spacious double level apartments 160 square meterseach,one 2 bedroom apartment and one studio apartment suitable for two.Each ap. has a separate entry trough the shared Mediterranean garden with lovely examplars of trees and plants.Garden offers a large stone BBQ.All ap. feature modern furniture, new tehnology and inventory to ensure full comfort of the vacation of your dreams.Air-condition,cable TV and free Wi-fi.
