The balcony is spacious and private with the most spectacularly beautiful vista. The pool was great, fridge freezer for keeping poolside drinks and ice creams at hand, not busy during our stay. Fresh figs from the tree were also laid out on the first few mornings. There’s a nice bbq area if you like to grill. The location is superb for a short walk to the gorgeous Kali beach and restaurants. 5 mins drive to other lovely towns and good base to explore island. Being by the main road meant access and parking was really easy.

The property is located off a main street in KALI . It was a five minute drive to get to the ferry Jadrolinska to get back to Zadar. It was very clean, modern and had everything we needed. The owner of the unit greeted us and led us to the unit. Parking was provided on site.

Kali is laid back and peaceful. The beaches are clean. If you have mobility issues be careful as there are some steep hills, but we were glad of the exercise to justify another ice cream. I think hiring bicycles would be ideal as the roads are very quiet and views spectacular.. The ferries are frequent and excellent value from As far old town and ferry port to the south.. Don't be put off from going by the ferry. It was easy to get a ticket and a very enjoyable crossing.

kali has lots if walks. lovely small harbour, lovely beach bar, in the water practically. not overcrowded like Zadar. if you want some down time. i found a bar in the village that served pizza and burgers. ut was perfect and the walk to and from. it was an experience not to be forgotten. esp coming back in thee dark. thanks fo google maps i found my way out. it was fun. and the pizza was excellent.maureenIreland - 8.0Scored 8.0
Great little village on the island, around 25 minute walk to...
Great little village on the island, around 25 minute walk to Preko and ferry port. The village itself offers a nice beach with a beach bar nearby, and a great bistro Sardela snack. There are around five little supermarkets with basic goods, and there is also a vegetable and fish market. There are no other shops, all the beach stuff, clothes etc. are in Preko at the closest. It is good for a relaxed holiday, there isn't much to do at night, but we found having a drink at the beach bar fun enough. You can take many trips around the island as well as to Zadar or Kornati islands. Getting there from the airport or Zadar city is very quick since there are many ferries going there almost every hour.

The appartment was very close to the beach and with nice sea wiew from the terrace. Kali or Preko city centere with restaurants, souvenir shops and old houses are just few minutes walking distance away. Hoveever, Preko is more ineteresting.

Friendly people, great places to eat and beautiful surroundings. Easy to get about on the Island. Preko has a lovely marina with some great bars and places to eat. Kukljica was one of our favourites for eating out a lovely place with a marina and our restaurant of choice was Terazza :) Best place to swim is Ugljan in a sandy bay next to the monastery of Samostan SV Jeronima , warm clear shallow waters.

Island of Uglijan is beautiful place, very adventerous. Family has pet turtles in the garden, kids could feed and shower them. We went to Zadar twice since it is easy to get to by ferry. We took cruise to Kornati from Kukljica by boat Gospa Rosmaria. Trip was nice with decent food. Every day we explored differeny beach and were never disappointed. We used our bikes but it is alsi possible to rent them in Preko for 10 euros per day.

We expressed a wish to eat fish since Kali is a fishermen town so Ana pulled her connections and provided us with a delicious fish. Then, memorable view from a first row to the sea on Zadar, Kali and little island Ošjak. Location is just perfect. Beach is 10m away, little grocery store and a cafe just 400m away. Surprisingly quiet area. Apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped with a private parking. If you need restaurants or e-bike, motorbike or boat rental, Preko is 20 minute easy walk away.

A kitchen has modern equipment and there is everything with a dishwasher, an oven and a big refridgerator. Kali is very interesting fishing town and owners of the accomodation were very nice persons. Igor brought us also by boat on trip to island Osljak and next day around Ugljan island to show us some snorcheling sites and shares informations about Ugljan island. Also they have not a problem to accomodate our dog.

We loved the all fresco meals and relaxing evening drinks. It was better than what we expected overall.

The neighbourhood is tranquil and even though the place is situated in the outskirts of Kali the village is tiny, which means that we had no issues with distance.
