This luxurious seafront villa is just few steps from the sea. It has an awesome view to Lošinj bay and the sea shoal called Bocca Falsa. It is located in the most protected part of the bay, on the eastern, sunny side of the island. The air-conditioned villa is located 1 km from Mali Lošinj and 2 km from Veli Lošinj, so you can enjoy the pathway to both places, where you have access to various fine restaurants, bars and shops. The fully-furnished villa was recently renovated with a modern touch, so it will charm you with its beautiful marble floors and the elegant furniture. It’s surrounded by gorgeous pine trees. The villa owns a mooring for a boat, which you can use for your own boat or a rented one.
