This house is located in Kaštel Lukšić, 16km from town Split. In this house there are two apartments, both on a ground floor, and with shared swimming pool. In front of the house there is private parking. Closest beach is 400m away. Pool is open from 1st of june till 30th of september. Pool Rules: - Access to the pool is permitted exclusively to guests staying in the apartment - Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult, and children using inflatable armbands/rings may use the pool only under strict parental supervision. We are not responsible for your or your children's safety. - Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed in the pool area. - Showering before entering the pool is mandatory. - Bringing or consuming food and drinks is prohibited - Entering the pool after applying sunscreen or lotion is prohibited - No jumping inside the pool
