Maria, our host, was so sweet, she waited for us on the street upon arrival to show us where the private lot was. She brought some grapes to welcome us, which were really delicious! The room is spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. the location is quiet, and away from the city, but close to public bus stations to get to the old town, as well as restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. There is a washing machine, so it was nice since we were staying for several days. there is a patio with tables and chairs to enjoy the outdoors with a coffee or tea, or meal. We loved it there, and would come back next time we're in Dubovnik!

The room was small but clean and equipped with the basic facilities. We also had an outdoor table and free fenced parking right in front of the building. Maria, the host, was very nice and helpful. The location is good, close to a beach and a beautiful forest/park, with some restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

Maria was the sweetest and kindest woman ever. Great location, quiet for a good night's sleep and a short bus ride away from Old Town. Beach was right around the corner too.

The host was very accommodating and communicative. They helped me check in early and keep my luggage until late afternoon. The room is clean, practical and perfect for solo traveler. It has all the basic needs. Location, it is very central yet close to the beach, port and main bus station. One ride bus (bus #6) to the Old Town.

Perfect location! Private parking is such a benefit, and you actually dont need a car. Beach with sunset view is on 3 min walk, also 3 min from walking street and 3 min from the bus station. Also market Tommy is 2 min walk. But, first things first, Maria is so kind, and room is so clean. We enjoyed! ❤️ Highly recommended!
