Lovely hotel with a restaurant / lounge bar combination. Simple yet stylish. Well equipped and comfortable room. Car parking is available. The hotel is located in the former fortress of Osijek about a pleasant 15 minutes walk from the city centre.

Very friendly and helpful staff who stayed late for my delayed arrival and and on my last day, when I was in a rush provided a great packed breakfast for me to take away. Large air conditioned rooms with a good sized bathroom and in the lovely historic area of town. Parking is controlled but the Merlon can provide passes, though I used the free parking 3 minutes away for simplicity.

I adored both exterior and interior of the place. This is in fact a brewery, coffee shop and the restaurant in an old house in the old part of the city (remains of the fortress, so the district is named " Tvrđa" as a kind of shortcut or deminutive of " utvrda" what means " fortress" in Croatian language). The first flour and the attic of the house are turned in a sort of boutique hotel.

Everything is new and modern, I liked the style of the interior. The restaurant also has Belgian beers and the food is delicious. The apartment is really big and spacious. If this quality is maintained, it will have a very good rating.

Perfect location in the center of the old town. Rooms are spacious, crisp clean bed linen and the bathroom is nice and clean as well. Even though the rooms are in the lively neighbourhood, once you close the windows almost none of the noise from outside can be heard. We stayed there in the middle of the week, so I don't know what is the situation from the pub below with the noise during the weekend (by the way, the pub is great and offers delicious food), but I slept very well. The staff is welcoming and friendly, breakfast was great. Next time when I am in Osijek, I will look for no other accommodation. It was a perfect stay.

An amazing boutique hotel in a historic and wonderfully reconstructed building. All amenities are available in the large room. The bar pub makes a good impression of having a beer there, although I did not go for it. The tram stop is within a very short walking distance, otherwise a stroll down the promenade of the mighty river Drava takes one to the center. The location is also worth itself as it is the post-medieval Citadel town which is largely reconstructed. A 15 minutes walk to the other embankment takes one to the river beach for a swim.
