Very pleasant member of staff greeted us, gave us helpful information. There was a lovely welcome pack with a nice range of products, much appreciated. The apartment was exceptionally clean. Very nice bed linen. Plenty of space for 2 people. Parking was available right outside the entrance. The entrance and stairway to the apartment was lovely.

A beautiful little stone house, renovated and equipped with love and a good taste. A beautiful fenced garden with pool, olive trees and a brick-built barbecue. Situated at the outskirts of town, calm, idyllic, with a view into the green fields but still only 400 m away from the next restaurant. Big supermarket within walking distance. Lot of shadowed parking space for the car in the also fenced yard directly next to the house.
Ideal environment to do cycling because there are many field paths as well as country lanes. Beaches are nearby in Rovigno or Pula or on the other side …, all of them in a distance of around 20 – 30 minutes by car.
Landlord is great. Showed us a lookout point to see the Alpes right the first day. He guided us with his Quad, we followed by e-bike. Gorgeous! Super caring guy!

Really nice, cosy accommodation. It is exceptionally clean and has everything you might need from well equipped kitchen to washing powder if you need to do your washing. There is also mosquito plug in and I strongly suggest you use it.
Hosts are really really hospitable and friendly. They kept giving us their own fruit and veg, which was really nice. Their own olive oil is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it

Zminj is a small town (around 3.000 people), but has everything you need for your daily live: several supermarkets, gas stations, bakery, butcher etc. I especially liked the Chese Manufacturer in Orbanici, go check them out!
If you are interested in biking and didn't bring your own, check pedalistra, great bikes and good service from Sebastian.
Zminj is perfectly located if you'd like to see different parts of Istria (e.g. Rovinj is 25min by car, Pula 35min).
Beautiful spacious house with a large yard with a sandpit for children, a volleyball/badminton court and a swimming pool.
The house has everything you need from an iron to a hair dryer, indoor and outdoor fireplace etc.
A great stay for families or a group of friends in a quiet location and yet only 5 minutes by car to Zminj.
