Very small apartment, but it has everything that you need for a short stay. The location was perfect for my needs. For the center, also you have a really good connection with a public transport.

Ugodan i izvrsno uređen studio apartman za dvoje ili par s jednim djetetom veličine 20m2. Studio je u potpunosti opremljen za udoban boravak i istraživanje grada. Sofa na razvlačenje je pogodna za dvije osobe, a prema potrebi se u prostor može dodati madrac na napuhavanje za spavanje djeteta. U studiju se nalazi i štapni usisavač, smart TV ravnog ekrana, te flat internet. Kuhinja je opremljena štednjakom na struju, frižiderom, mikrovalnom pećnicom i perilicom posuđa. U kuhinji su dostupni komplet posuđa, toster i kuhalo za vodu. Ugodna temperatura u zimskim mjesecima postiže se kaminom/grijalicom koju upotpunjuje topli efekt vatre na displayu. Kupaonica je opremljena tuš kabinom i perilicom rublja, a prostor toaleta je odvojen u zasebnom dijelu studija.
Voli putovanja i doživljaj istraživanja drugih gradova, država i kultura. Želi ponuditi ugodan boravak gostima koji posjećuju Zagreb i Hrvatsku.
Studio 12 je smješten u zapadnom dijelu Zagreba, u mirnom dijelu naselja Prečko. Parking je dostupan ispred zgrade i besplatan je u cijelom kvartu. U neposrednoj blizini je tramvajska stanica s linijama 17 i 5 koje vode prema centru grada (Trg bana Jelačića, Glavni kolodvor). Preko puta apartmana je trgovina Spar i lokalna tržnica. U krugu od dva kilometra se nalaze shopping centri City Center One West i Point centar. Shopping centar Arena je udaljen 7 km. Jezero Jarun na kojemu se nalaze sportski i rekreacijski sadržaji je udaljeno 2 km. Iz ovog dijela grada je lako dostupan izlaz na autocestu.
