Very comfortable apartment with its own private entrance on the ground floor behind the building. This apartment in the shade is so cool you don't even need A/C -- I never used it, even in August. As a light sleeper I appreciated a place so quiet you don't hear a thing and you don't need earplugs. The apartment is tastefully furnished, comfortable, and the host communicates well and is generous with little things like shower gel. You do have to walk about 12 minutes a bit uphill when going home (you might need a shower) but going into town in the mornings is a breeze and it feels like just a 5 minute walk.

We were picked up at the airport by the hosts dad (for a fee) once at accommodation he was very helpful. The host left food and drink in the fridge. Accommodation had everything you needed, great to have a washing machine and airer, lots of towels and extra sheets for the sofa bed. Had all the utensils for cooking. The accommodation had air con units and the shutters kept out the light in the morning. Would stay here again. The old town is about a 15 min walk. Lots of supermarkets close by.

The hosts were super friendly and really helpful. The apartment was very cozy and clean and also, well equipped, there was everything I needed for my stay. Besides that, the location is good, as you have grocery stores, pharmacy, and others just a couple of meters away, and you can easily get to the beach or to the center with a little walk. I will definitely come back to stay in this amazing apartment.

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped studio apartment, with everything you need for a few days in Split. It’s a few blocks away from the historic center but very walkable. Very nice and attentive host, that got in touch with us before we arrived.

Facilities were really really good. There was all you needed for a short stay and would have been also for a longer stay. Apartment was comfortable, space was plenty enough for two. Key box was easy to use. Also relatively easy to find. Communication with the owner was good. Tommy supermarket was near. There was also a patio so if you wanted you could sit outside a while.
