Property info

All rooms are located at the best location in Split. We truly believe that this is the best location for those who want to be part of Split's nightlife as well as those who want to enjoy all the cultural sights of Split. All units have a perfect view. All units (except single rooms with a perfect view of the old town) have a spectacular sea view. We are confident that our units have a much better view and location than other hotels and apartments. Rooms are for those who want to spend time in Split on extremely prominent locations. All the city's attractions are in front of the building or a few steps away. We also have an excellent restaurant located on the ground floor of the building. All units are superbly decorated with top quality materials. The facility is unfortunately not intended for the disabled because the rooms are located on the last floor (IV floor) of the building without an elevator.

What can we say about the central position in Split? The central site in the center of Split can offer you to feel like Diocletian, and feel the soul of Split, to be part of it. Did you know that Diocletian was sleeping in a room that was a few yards away, that his chambers had an identical view of our rooms? In this district we have Diocletian's Palace, many museums, all cultural sites of Split, cafes, nightclubs, restaurants ... No district in Split is better for getting to know the city and the way of life of the inhabitants. We are proud that we have an exceptional location in this beautiful neighborhood.
