A brand new 5 star luxury house on the hill, with a beautiful view overlooking Vodice. Big infinity countercurrent pool with waterfall. Outside shower. Outside kitchen for barbecue. Sunbeds and lounge area. 5 bedrooms with connecting bathroom with TV, one separate toilet. Kitchen with all needed appliances. Wine cabinet, Ice cube fridge, Coffe machine etc. Big livingroom with 75" TV. Air condition and floor heating in all rooms. Garage with charger for electric cars. For your convinience we also offer 4 bikes (2 electric, 2 regular). Separate loundry room with 2 washing machines and 1 drying machine.
Niko is the owner of the house, and will be your contact person. Niko is born, raised and live in Vodice and will be available for your service for the entire stay. He can provide help you with all requests regarding booking restaurants, boat trips, and whatever you need for a perfect stay.
Vodice is a perfect location to explore the Dalmatian coast, Beautiful Kornati, national park KRKA, Plitvice Lakes, ancient town of Sibenik, Zadar and Split. Distance to Split airport is appr. 50 minutes and Zadar airport is appr. 50 minutes. 950 meters to the beach, 1400 meters to city center. Grocery store 500 meters.
