The Studio apartment was excellent accommodations for my week stay in Old Town. Easy process of checking in and out. Spacious, well equipped and very comfortable for a solo traveler. Plenty of small windows giving sufficient natural light and fresh air. As with most Old Town apartment locations, climbing up and down the narrow street to the apartment is a little strenuous but a part of the charm.

The location is awesome inside the walls of the old town near everything, the studio is well equipped with our needs, the owner was very friendly and helpful as the TV was not working & she changed it completely on the following day

Very comfy and in a great location! You do have to walk up some stairs to get to it, but that’s part of the charm. Came equipped with mini fridge, some basic kitchen utensils, and AC! Would definitely stay here again :)

There is no need for public transit while You're staying here, but if you want to see other parts of the town, for example peaceful Lapad Bay,you can be there in a 10 minute drive. Taxi and bus station are 5 minute walk from the property.
