By designing Velvet Apartments Dubrovnik we had a goal to keep it simple, welcoming, and Instagrammable at the same time. The apartment is built from scratch and never rented before. So if you want to be the mark of history in our small home don't hesitate to book a room and be the first guest which will be welcomed with a warm hart, few surprises, and a positive attitude. In our apartment, 40 square meters are reserved only for comfort and exceptional service. Every guest will get a welcome surprise gift, professional tour guidance, and discounts for local amenities. Also worth mentioning 24 hours support from our friendly staff is at the disposal of each guest staying with us. You name it we will deliver it!
Hey, my future guests, My name is Niko and I'm 25 years old, I graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a major in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Also, I'm holding Masters's degree from the same university in Service Leadership and Innovation. Currently working as Managerial Development Program at Procter&Gamble Croatia in Zagreb. After one year on Booking platform Velvet Apartments, Dubrovnik were placed on the list "The 30 best holiday rentals in Dubrovnik!" A huge thank you goes to all my guests because without you this couldn't happen. I like to travel and if you ask me what is the best formula for a successful vacation I would say follow the 3 main rules. Rule number one is to have fun. Rule number two is to feel welcome in the city which you are visiting and the third rule is don't forget to follow the first two rules. I'm aspired to create memories alongside my guests by simply creating a home away from home concept with Velvet Apartments Dubrovnik. Velvet Apartment Dubrovnik is situated at the address Alberta Hallera 21, 20000 Dubrovnik. Quiet neighborhood situated at the hill of Montovjerna. Isolated from the traffic noise and easily accessible to each and every attraction that Dubrovnik can offer. If you decide to go for a beach you need only 10 minutes on foot to access Bellevue beach where you can enjoy the beautiful view over the Adriatic sea, the island of Lokrum, and have amazing cocktails. The building in which our apartment is situated is surrounded by 14 other private apartments. If you are looking for a place where you can drink wine and enjoy a quiet surrounding with a view towards yachts and boats and at the same time snap a few stories, I mean more then a few stories Velvet Apartments are the place just for you.
