We had a lovely stay at Villa Anica. Mimi is a super host! She helped us with finding a free parking spot near the accomodation, which is a real blessing. In this part of town you quickly pay € 60,00 per day for a parking spot. When we arrived after a long drive Mimi welcomed us with a lovely welcome drink. The bed here is really soft and big, we had a great night sleep. The bathroom and shower are also very nice! The accomodation is near the city centre. Mimi also prepared us the greatest breakfast in the morning. We would recommand this accomodation to everyone!

It was like a little oasis within the big city. The location was perfect for us, even though there were many steps to the old town. The room was very large, comfortable and clean! We very much appreciated the conversations with the hostess and the arranging of a parking space, which is not easy in Dubrovnik. Every morning and evening we were welcomed by the cute cat Rico, which also pleased us. Also a plus is the breakfast with homemade jams, even if this is a bit more expensive. We would always come back as it is a great place to come down!

Location is great and you have a few easy options to get down to the old town. Mimi that runs the villa was amazing and very helpful. She gave us lots of good tips on where to go how to get there and general information about the area. The room is very comfortable with an amazing bathroom and shower. Very clean. Good breakfast if you want it and you can reach up and just help yourself to grapes while you are sitting having breakfast outside.

Idyllic location, beautiful room, fantastic host. Parking difficulties and stairs are inescapable in Dubrovnik...But it's worth it! The apartment is a 5 minute walk up the hill from the old town. There is a 10-15 minute walk which avoids steps. The host is very welcoming and will do everything she can to help avoid the €70/day private parking. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Villa Anica only for one night but it has been so perfect and pleasant. The hotel is located in an ancient villa with an amazing view on the old town. A plus of Villa Anica is that it is few minutes far from the walls of Dubrovnik and away from the crowd. Another plus is for sure Mimi: she has been a lovely host, helping us in finding a free parking (not an easy task in Dubrovnik) and she took care of us in any possibile way.
