The first floor has a double bedroom with a queen size bed, a triple bedroom with three single beds and a large bathroom. On the ground floor you will find a very large living room with dining area, fireplace and a large flat screen TV with satellite channels, the comfortable fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. In the green outdoor area you can enjoy the swimming pool and the outdoor kitchen / dining room with barbecue and an additional bathroom with washing machine. This villa is a perfect retreat where you can make the most of your vacation.

In the garden you can enjoy the natural shade of the trees that give you extra privacy as well. The indoors are spacious and well equipped for your comfort. The villa is located in a quite village 8 km from Umag on a few minutes drive to the beach, town center and various activities that you can choose from.
