Happy Villa was a perfect vacation home for us! My teen daughter and I stayed for one month this year and enjoyed every minute! John and Irina are excellent hosts who go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and happy throughout their stay. John is an amazing chef and made us so many fantastic dinners and even brought us cappuccinos every morning! The house is clean and cozy and well equipped for basic meals when you feel like cooking yourself. John and Irina helped us with transportation around the island and had lots of recommendations for things to see and do throughout our stay. We loved the peaceful quiet pace of Splitska and its close proximity to Supetar - very convenient for catching the ferry. Nearby Zastup Plaža (beach) is a gem! We can’t wait to visit again next year!

We were warmly welcomed by John and Irina with cold drinks after our long journey. The apartment is fantastic and well equipped, as is the private outside area with seating, BBQ and hot tub. The location just above the harbour in Splitska couldn't be better, just a few steps down to the sea for a morning swim. What really made our holiday was our hosts, always around if we needed anything but never intrusive. We did a half day boat trip with John, exploring the small beaches and bays that you just can't get to by car, wonderful. One night John cooked a feast of incredible local produce that we ate whilst being entertained by Croatian musicians and socialising with the guests in the other 2 apartments. Thanks for a truly wonderful holiday!

Great location - Splitza is quiet, unspoiled and beautiful. The apartment is close to the harbour but around the bay where the water is clear and it’s great to swim. It’s a beautiful walk to Postira where there are more bars and restaurants but the four bars and restaurants in the town are all good. The supermarket is well stocked. It was an easy journey from Split airport and onwards to the apartment. Great hosts - John and Irina made our holiday so special. John cooked pulled pork, bbq and salads and we had Croatian music one night and paella on another. He took us on a boat trip and our family all felt so welcome. Great facilities - comfortable beds and sofas, air conditioning and a small pool and spa was all we needed to relax. Bring a book, put your feet up or go snorkelling or paddle boarding. You won’t regret it. The whole family children (22, 20, 17) enjoyed the detox.

This is hands down one of the best places we've ever stayed in. There is the great location (Splitska is a postcard), very well furnished apartments, cleanliness, pool, hot tub, etc. And then on top of that there is the incredible hospitality from John and Ira. They are great hosts, inviting you for a drink or tasting, but also very well respect your privacy. John is an absolute top cook who will cook dinner for you (he's a former french chef and can create marvels from local produce) or take you for a morning fishing boat trip (The Best Day according to our 11yo son). Can only recommend with great enthusiasm!

Wakacje spędzone w ,,Happy Villa’’ można zaliczyć do najlepszych jakie przeżylismy w Chorwacji . Bardzo sympatyczni, pomocni i profesjonalni Gospodarze , rozmawiający w kilku językach co bardzo ułatwia komunikacje , do tego to fantastyczni ludzie którzy ugoszczą Was po królewsku. Dalmackie wieczory (co czwartek) organizowane przez Johna i Irine , z muzyką na żywo , to kulinarne doznania które na zawsze zostaną w naszej pamięci . W apartamencie nie brakowało nam niczego. Jest tu wspaniała cisza, basen, jacuzzi, dużo przestrzeni. Dom stoi w uroczej, spokojnej okolicy a jednocześnie jest blisko do sklepu , plaży i restauracji. Miejsce godne polecenia! Serdecznie pozdrawiam! Na pewno wrócimy.

L'emplacement près des jolies plages de Brac, la vue sur la mer de la terrasse, le jacuzzi et la piscine. Appartement très bien équipé et spacieux. John et Irina nous ont très bien accueilli. Le repas Dalmatien était très chouette avec les chanteurs. Nous avons également adoré la sortie pêche avec John.
