The property is a huge house on a breathtaking location. From our apartment, we had a wonderful view of both Zadar and Kali. The apartment was clean and had all the basic amenities like abundance of clean towels, kitchenware, microwave, toaster etc. The pool was fantastic, well maintained and clean. The best part- the owners. They are wonderful people that were always available but never intrusive. We had zero issues during our stay but had there been some, I'm sure they'd do everything humanly possible to resolve them. Once back in Kali, we're definitely staying here again.

BelgiumIt's a very nice place for vacations. The room was really comfortable. The pool, big garden with a lot of places for rest, the barbecue, everything was perfect. Kitchen is small, but very well equipped and was fully sufficient for us. The view from balcony is exceptional. We could enjoy breakfasts and evening wine looking at the sea and Zadar. We had a great time on Ugljan Island and in Villa Dinastija. I really would like to be there back again.

The equipment was sufficient. The ferry and the beach was near the apartment. There was a balcony and a terrace with a fantastic seeview.
