We liked how quiet the neighborhood is and the small distance from the old town. Also the owner provided us with a parking space for 8€/day just in the garden of the villa. Clean room, satisfying bed and equipped kitchen. We had the opportunity also to do our laundry as the room has a washing machine.

Elly was the perfect host. She got me oriented when I arrived, answered all my questions, and was incredibly nice. When I reported a maintenance problem, she had a repairman come by and fix it within an hour--AMAZING!!! Finally, she even gave me a ride to the harbor for my cruise away from Dubrovnik. I definitely would stay here again!!!

The apartment was absolutely spotless, lovely and bright with everything you could need. Elly and Andrija were very welcoming, and always on hand for any questions or just a chat. Great balcony with partial sea views and partial hills view. We were on the top floor, there are only 2 floors and not too many steps. Good location outside of the Old Town so it was quiet for sleeping. Steps are not too bad to reach it from the Old Town and there is a bus most of the way, only 2 stops on the bus.

We had s fantastic stay in the sea view apartment. Views are incredible from the terrace and the location was excellent, short walk to the old town, close to the port for any trips to the islands and a lovely 2 mile walk to the Lapad area and some beautiful walks around Babin Kuk. Elly is a fantastic host, so welcoming. We stayed over Easter and she brought us some traditional treats which was so kind and she sorted out our transfers to and from the airport and gave us lots of great information and tips. Can’t recommend highly enough. We’ll be back!

Cozy villa in the broader city center of Dubrovnik, strategically located between the beautiful Bellevue beach and the great old town, both reachable in few minutes walk. The room was spotless, very comfortable, well equipped with everything needed for a longer stay, the owners are very friendly and helpful, the beautiful views from the terrace add to the high value of the place. Overall, a great experience!

Nice location, with incredibly helpful and welcoming hosts in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The A/C works well and the balcony was a beautiful spot with a very nice view to have your morning coffee or a drink in the evening. It is a short walk to some shops, and a quick walk to get to the old town. We spent 5 nights and had a wonderful stay!

My husband and I stayed in Villa Elly for 4 nights and I could not recommend enough. Our hosts were so warm and friendly and our apartment was beautiful, with a balcony and spotlessly clean. Were were only a 10 minute walk to the old town which was so convenient as was our airport transfer. If I ever get back to Dubrovnik I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Just superb
