Villa Emilia is an attractive and renovated house with a swimming pool located in the village of Markovići near Vižinada. It is situated in a calm and quiet location making it an ideal choice for a vacation away from city noise. Villa Emilia is perfect for 6 people. It was built on a 315 m2 lot, and in its 130 m2 includes a kitchen, dining room and living room connected in one large room, three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one smaller one in a room with a washing machine and other cleaning laundry stuff. The house is fully air conditioned and there are heating options for the autumn and winter months. The living room exits to a terrace and patio on which you can enjoy your morning coffee, prepare a tasty dinner using the barbecue, and sip a cocktail by the illuminated swimming pool in the evening. There is parking space for two cars, bicycles or motorcycles in front of the house.
