We are located in the nice and peaceful area of Kolovare beach, 50 meters from it. The apartment is fully decorated. It has two cooling units, one bathroom and one toilet, TV , DVD, Microwave,Dishwasher ,fast WIFI , all general appliances for your need and a free parking space. From the apartment there is a fast and easy acces to the Old town. Walking distance is approximately 10 minutes. The city is rich in cultural and historical monuments, churches, museums and shops. Also there is a wide range of bars and restaurants with Dalmatian and Mediterranean cuisine. See you!We'll be happy to suggest you best places to visit, or help you with any information to make your holidays unforgettable . I'm looking forward to meet nice people!
For me the Family always come first,then everything else.We renting this apartment over 12 years,we are also very happy to accommodate all this beautiful people around the globe in our apartment.I am in early 40'S,easy going and love to meet new people.My motto is love,live,lough and the most important is when I have new guests in my apartment to make them feel like Home.
Kolovare Beach is the traditional town beach, located just outside the hotel Kolovare, east of the Old Town. The beach is sandy and pebbly with paved parts. Just above the beach there is a green area and a deep shade where people can hide when it’s too hot. The beach is equipped with showers, changing rooms and sanitary facilities. Near the Kolovare Beach there is a well equipped shop, bars and restaurants, and directly on the beach there is a popular beach bar that attracts young people looking for fun and entertainment. There are more secluded bathing spots all the way to the headland in the east. It was awarded a Blue Flag - a symbol of quality and purity of the sea. The beach is pebbly with paved areas and above it there is a pine forest that provides shade during hot summer days. The beach is ideal for families with small children, the elderly, young couples and those looking for fun and entertainment.
