It was beyond my expectations! The room was big enough for two and the bed was comfortable. It was clean and neat. I really enjoyed my stay. Ivana and her husband are such nice people. I booked a transfer from the airport and Ivanas husband came and pick me up. For a solo traveler, i felt really comfortable and the location was top notched. Walking distance to every part of Old Town.

The apartment was a great place to stay. We were impressed with the location, 2 minutes walk to the main street in Dubrovnik. I visited with my friends and we were all very happy with the apartment. Amazing location, in the centre of the old town, close to everything. Perfect for a family of four, with plenty of space for everyone. Lovely rooftop terrace with a gorgeous view of the old town. It was so lovely to arrive to a fridge filled with cold beers too! A great stay!

Ivana was very helpful host. Allowed us to check in earlier than normal check in time. She even provided us some snacks and beer. Nespresso coffee is a bonus! Room a little small, and the private bathroom is located outside of the bedroom (non-sharing with other guests).

The room was clean, hosts were so helpful and knowledgeable and the room was in a perfect location in old town so we could explore and return to our room easily throughout our stay. Amenities including welcome drinks, soaps, hairdryer, coffee and tea facilities made us feel at home. They offered an airport transfer at a reasonable cost, were there to pick us up and helped us to our room. A very friendly welcome to Dubrovnik. The property is located in a great spot in the old town and so easy access to all of the main areas. The property was spacious and clean and Ivana was a really helpful host and replied to messages promptly. The terrace was amazing and the best part of the property, with fabulous views!

Just returned from a 3 night stay, Great location, right in the centre of the old town, lots of restaurants, bars, souvenir shops. we did a couple of days looking around and walking the Dubrovnik Walls. Ivana was very helpful, she greeted us at the villa, she had put a bottle of Prosecco, beers and soft drinks in the fridge, she also went out and brought me some T'bags as we couldn't find any English ones (love my tea), Her husband will also pick you up from the airport 35Euros.There is Wifi in the room, and also in the main grounds of the centre.

The fabulous warm welcome by the host Ivana, it was like coming to stay at a friends house. I traveled solo and staying at Villa Homa was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I cannot recommend this guesthouse enough.
