Welcome to the villa KRISTONIA! We are situated in the south-eastern region of the town of Hvar, the second row to the seafront. The villa has a magnificent view of the sea billow from its balcony and in the distance you can see the islands of Vis and Korčula. We wish to specially emphasize a magnificent view of Pakleni otoci and the most famous beaches Jerolim and Stipansku and Škojić is the certainly the jewel, of course, – the isle on which a lighthouse is situated. The villa contains a garden full of Mediterranean plants and bushes. For those who need a noiseless vacation, we offer a vacation in the villa KRISTONIA where the noise produced by crickets and sea waves is the loudest noise you can hear. Should you, however, wish to enjoy the nightlife or the Hvar crowds, you are in the right place. Not far from the villa, you can take a pleasant walk for 15-20 minutes and you will get to the center of the town of Hvar where some famous restaurants, bars and disco clubs are available to you.
I speak English, German and a little bit of Italian. We live on the middle floor and if you have any questions feel free to ask. We will be there upon arrival to welcome you, give you the keys, tips, recommendations etc.
It has a location that offers sufficient amount of privacy and a sense of kindliness roaming around the air. It is a quiet, safe place with great neighbors. Where everyone knows who is who; there is no stranger in our neighborhood who you feel tongue-tied with when you approach them for a chat. The streets aren’t like the ones where the cars zoom by honking their horns, and screaming rude offensive words at the children playing, and leaving litter in their tracks. It's nice quite neighborhood which is outlying 15-20 minutes from the town center and 3 minutes from the nearest beach.
