Villa La Vagabonda is a new property opened first time in summer 2016. It has been a Loncar family property for decades. After thorough restoration of the house and its complete change in layout and design, it is now turned into a high-class vacation property. The villa stands in a beautiful location in Orašac, amid lavish vegetation, almost without nearby neighbors and with open views of the sea, the Elafiti Islands, its own olive groves and gardens. The villa features three apartments, all with separate entrance as well as common seating areas. The pool area consists of the roof-covered patio, the jacuzzi (whirlpool) with massages, the swimming pool with counter-current swimming system, the sundeck with lounge beds and loungers, as well as an outdoor kitchen with sink, drinks refrigerator, coffee station and barbecue stand. Besides being organized as an apartment villa, the house can be rented as a whole, with a capacity of maximum 10 persons on double beds in 5 bedrooms, and additional 4 persons on pull-out sofa beds.

I have decided to enter into the project of opening a vacation rental together with my family, after thorough planning and reconstruction of the property during the last few years. Orašac has an ideal location of being not too far from the wonderful city of Dubrovnik, yet being far enough to provide its visitors time to relax in peace and traditional atmosphere of a seaside village.
