Property info

Villa LaDominika built in 2018 offers luxury and complete privacy in beautiful natural surroundings of 10.000 m2 plot area. Located in the unspoiled southern part of Istria, in the peaceful and isolated area Jursici but still very close to the tourist centers and azure Adriatic sea. The whole area is entirely fenced and landscaped. It has a private tennis (football, basketball) court, original 9 court mini golf course, private pool (heatable at request free of charge; weather-related temperature of the pool water), hot tub right next to the pool, sauna, billiard room, darts, children playground etc… with guaranteed privacy in peaceful surroundings. This five-bedroom, seven-bathroom property has an ability to accommodate up to 14 guests and it is created with various wonderful light-filled spaces, using only natural materials: local stone, combed oak, linen fabrics, high quality Italian tiles and fine furniture. Villa’s guests can also take full benefit from the sports and leisure activities available around the property. Families or a group of friends can enjoy the independence and full privacy of a villa whilst having easy access to Istrian hot spots like Pula, Rovinj and Porec.
