The large villa is located in Privlaka, a picturesque village near the romantic town of Zadar, and is the perfect choice for a quiet vacation and active exploration of places like Nin, Zadar, or Vir. Stone house with an impressive interior decoration is located in a quiet location, and it is by car it takes 5 minutes to the first town of Nin. This Villa is a modernly equipped house that provides an extraordinary experience for families and friends. With three bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, it can accommodate up to eight people. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a sofa for stretching. Guests will be delighted by the private sauna on the ground floor and the covered terrace from which they can jump into the outdoor pool with a waterfall. They will have comfortable deckchairs with a large umbrella at their disposal. For the perfect end of the day, guests can hang our and make meals on the garden BBQ. During the colder months, guests can enjoy jacuzzi and underfloor heating. On the first floor, there are bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large balcony where guests can enjoy their morning coffee with a view of the blue sky. Parents with small children can enjoy their stay in the villa undisturbed - inside the safe fenced yard there is a children's playground and a cot and a high chair are available for feeding, as well as a small table for children on the terrace. The yard is covered with grass and pets are welcome. Guests are provided with free parking in front of the house, as well as a good Wi-Fi network.
