We work directly with the villa owners to ensure the best service and value for our clients. Our job is to ensure our guests have a completely relaxing holiday. We check all properties personally, take our own photos and provide our customers with correct information about the location and the villas. The villas are under contract with Istrabook and they all have permits issued by the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Croatia. Our property management employee Tina Haid is your contact person and can be reached on site at any time in your holiday destination.

The new holiday home Moki, which has been furnished with great attention to detail, is located in a quiet village near Pula. The property has 3 cozy bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 + 2 people. The two-storey holiday home is perfect for families or groups looking for a relaxing holiday in Istria. The ground floor consists of an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find a bathroom and two further stylish double bedrooms, whereby the beds in one bedroom can also be separated. Behind the holiday home in the well-tended garden is the refreshing private pool with comfortable sun loungers. Just a few steps away is the covered outdoor dining area with a summer kitchen and charcoal grill. We wish you an unforgettable vacation in our holiday home Moki.
