Surrounded by the greenery of your private 3000 sqm property, this villa promises to be the ideal place for your getaway, featuring an outdoor pool, a partially covered terrace, and a summer kitchen with a dining table and barbecue fireplace. A private parking space for several vehicles is also available, complemented by a children's playground and table tennis for outdoor leisure activities. Inside, Villa Natura spans 170 sqm of living space, accommodating up to 6 persons. The carefully designed interior includes a cozy living room that establishes a direct connection to the spacious garden, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, and three aesthetically pleasing bedrooms with French beds, one of which offers direct terrace access. Additionally, two showers/WCs and a separate WC are at your disposal, ensuring convenience meets every need. The outdoor area of Villa Natura offers exclusivity and privacy. Guests can cool off in the 24 sqm pool, relax on the comfortable sun loungers, or prepare and enjoy delicious meals in the covered summer kitchen. Even if the landlord occasionally lives in the upper part of the house, the garden and pool area are exclusively available to you, guaranteeing undisturbed moments under the sun. Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed in this accommodation to ensure the tranquility and quality of your stay. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
