Inside, the villa combines functionality with coziness over a total area of 290 m², spread across three fully air-conditioned floors. The main living area on the ground floor opens up to the terrace and pool area. Moreover, there is a highlight for those seeking entertainment: a specially equipped room in the basement with a sofa and TV, table football, billiard table, an exercise bike, and a sauna – perfect for relaxed evenings or active hours away from the sun.
