One bedroom apartment very near city center. Located only 10min walking from the main square. It is newly redecorated, cozy and charming with lots of small details that will make your stay comfortable and give you the feeling of home. It has one bedroom with balcony, kitchen with dining area, living room with the big terrace, entrance hall and bathroom. The living room can be separated from the rest of the apartment with the big sliding doors becoming the second bedroom while the kitchen and the dining area can be used as a living room. The apartment is orientated on north and south and on the green parks from both sides of the building. So you can enjoy the nice view from the terraces. Location of the apartment is in the lower town near the Kvatrić square. It is a very vivid neighborhood of Zagreb with lots of small shops, parks, restaurant, and green market. Public transport is only a few footsteps away and to the main square, it will take you less than 5 min ride or 10 min walking. Parking space is on the street and it is charged. However, there are some places that can be found free of charge. Once you park your car there will be no need to move it.
Architect living in Zagreb. I dedicated my free time to make my property the best for all the visitors coming in Zagreb. Little by little this has become my real job. we are constantly working on making or accommodation better, and we try to meet the needs of all the visitors.
The neighborhood of the apartment is one of the liveliest in Zagreb and it is full of city facilities. Just around the corner of our street there is a local food market named Kvatric, many restaurants, pizzerias, coffee shops, shops, fast food corners, bakeries and several night clubs for the young people.Location is very well connected with all parts of Zagreb with the public transport
