This unique place, little peace of paradise with private parking, close to the sea and river is luxury and new renovated apartment. It is fully equipped and it exudes luxury and taste. It is perfect for couple or little family with child or maybe friends who want to relax in cosy and modern apartment and also enjoy in beautiful Podstrana, close to the Stobreč and on the half way to wonderfull city of Split and Omiš. Hope you will choose this place to make the best memories on your vacation! :)
The neighbourhood is peacefull and calm. Close to the apartment you can find playground for kids, volleyball court, sailing on the river, rent a quad or bicycle and walk along the river or the beach. There are nice bars and restaurants close to the apartment and the supermarket is 200m from the apartment. You have a private parking place and it is booked automatically when you rent the apartment. You are in nice neighbourhood closed to the Strožanac beach where you have really nice and clean beach and playground for kids. The apartment is located 10min or 9km with the car from the city of Split and 15km from beautiful Omiš (20min) with the car. And beach and restaurants are 5min walking from the apartment.
