Fully renewed sunny 33 sqm flat on the groundfloor in a silent area on Buda side, but close to public transport to the city center and to the sights of Budapest (direct tram line to the Castle and to the Houses of Parliament) . Green surroundings.
New furniture, fully equipped brand new kitchen, new bathroom. Parking in front (fee EUR 6 per day) on weekdays only, free parking about 200 meters away. Free wifi. Ideal for individual travellers, or couples.
Comfortable pull out sofa 140X200 cm. Turist tax (4% of the renta lprice) and EUR 15.- cleaning fee is must be paid on arrival in EUR or HUF. The owner reserves the right to check the number of guests staying in the property. If there are more guests than indicated in the reservation, the apartment will be locked by the owner until the payment is corrected.

The flat is in green area, in a silent street. Supermarkets (Spar, Lidl, CBA) within 200 meters. Shopping center GoBuda Mall 300 m, Flórián 2 tram stops.
Public transport: Trams: 1, 17, 19, 41 buses: 137, 218, 237, night buses: 901, 937 in 100 meter distance. GoBuda Mall shopping center 200 meters, Pizza forte, Spar supermarket 100 meters.
Parking in front (fee EUR 6 per day on weekdays), free parking 200 meters away.
