Nice small apartment in Budapest, located walking distance to the Ferenc Puskás Stadium, built recently on the site of the former Népstadion. The metro stations are also walking distance, but rather on the 'far away' side. The place is not too big, but nice and cozy, with super well equipped kitchen. The bedroom part is located on the mezzanine, with rather steep stairs leading there, so if you are a senior or plan to have a few beers before your sleep, you may want to think it over, for getting there might be a 'level hard' mission for you. On the bright side, the owner is very friendly and nice, communication is good, getting the keys from the key box is easy, and you get a free parking for your car in the inner fenced yard of the building. It seemed to be a bit expensive, maybe because of the weekend events going on in Budapest at the time of our stay. Overall, a good place to stay, worth recommending.

We rented this property for the location near the Puskas Frencz stadium, where we attended a concert. It's not very downtown, but public transport (metro station, bus or tram) is within 5-15 minutes walking distance. Also, there are pubs and restaurants nearby. The space is not very generous, but very well used. It has everything it needs for a short stay and everything was very clean. Also, if you are travelling by car, the parking space in the inner courtyard is very handy. Julcsy, our host, was very nice and helpful with explanations.

We are really satisfied with our stay. The bed is very comfortable, the apartment is equipped even better than we hoped. It's really clean. Thanks again to the host who allowed us to settle into the apartment earlier, and to leave the car in the parking lot until the end of the day. The accommodation is very close to a large park and a bus stop that can easily reach the city center. I'm not sure what kind of unpleasant smell people were talking about in other reviews, everything was very clean.

Very nice apartment. Everything was clean and owner was very helpfull. Very good location. It is maybe 15 minutes to the centre by bolt and szechenyi baths are just one tram stop away.
