The property is a beautiful villa located at Kozármisleny, a town in Baranya County, Hungary 3.1 miles away from historical city of Pécs. The air-conditioned villa features free parking and high speed internet. It consists of 3 bedrooms, spacious landing area on the upper floor, a large living room with flat screen TV, fully equipped open Kitchen with fridge and coffee machine, Two bathroom with shower and Sauna. Towel and bed linen are provided. The well looked after garden consists of 60 sqm Terrace with sun lounges and garden furniture, outdoor swimming pool, table tennis, a large grass area for playing football and barbecue area. Bicycles are available for rent. The private parking area is equipped with 24/7 recording security camera. This Villa can provide a unique opportunity for the families who wish to have a holiday in a quiet and private place with lots of outdoor activity.
