This 33 m² space is a perfect option for a couple or friends, offering a comfortable stay. It’s an ideal choice for visitors attending the SZIGET FESTIVAL, F1 RACE, events at HUNGEXPO, the DANUBE ARENA, or any other events happening year-round in Budapest. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a tea and coffee maker, water filter, toaster, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and basic cooking essentials. The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed, a 3-door wardrobe, a workstation with a table and ergonomic office chair for remote work, and accessories to make you feel at home. Additional amenities include free WiFi, Smart TV, air conditioning, a fan, and central heating for added comfort. The bathroom offers a shower, hairdryer, and basic toiletries, with a separate toilet. This apartment is situated in Budapest's 3rd district, in the scenic Óbuda area, famous for its green spaces, the annual Sziget Festival, and Roman historical landmarks. It's also a perfect spot for those attending the Hungarian Grand Prix - F1 Race. Plenty of dental surgeries and the Sasszem (Eye) Clinic located in the neighbourhood are available. The location of SZIGET FESTIVAL is about 10-15 minutes comfortable walk. Easy to reach (tram nr 1): Danube Arena, Széchényi Thermal Bath, City Park, Puskas Arena, Budapest Park Going out places: Kobuci Ruin Pub, Symbol Institutes within reach: Budapest Contemporary Dance Academy, IBS International Business School, Obuda University, AIT - Budapest, Károli Gáspár University of Reformed Church, Obuda Waldorf School.
