Location was excellent. It was one block away from the parliament building, and with an unobstructed view of the Danube river. It wasn't at the very center of town, but everything important was just one or two tram stops away. The apartment itself was very spacious, and had everything we needed in order to take home some food from the markets and prepare it or heat it.
