I was emailing with Dora and she is very good. I also appreciated Balint and Akos at the front desk. They were always cheerful and was happy to assist. If you are traveling, the kitchen and laundry facility is a really nice feature. Its very close to the plaza and the mall so the location is very good. Otherwise a great place to stay.
