Nicely furnished, exclusive, privet bedroom flat in Velence newly built Apartment house. From the terrace you will get right to the Velence shore. Free parking place in a guarded car park for one car. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, micro; bathroom and 2 toilet; 2 flat screen TV and free unlimited Wi-Fi. In the living room you will find a pull-out sofa, and in the bedroom a double bed will give you sweet dreams. From the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful sunset above the lake. The Apartment is situated right next to Velence Spa and Resort Hotel. It is perfect for couples, families, friends groups (Max. 4 persons) who like to try all the sport activities around the lake and relax in luxury environment. The price include free entrance to the Velence Spa for 2 person and their children under 4 years old. You can just walk across the garden or the heated corridor to get to the sauna parks and pools. In the summer you just step out the terrace to get to the Velence shore or to the outside pool. There is playgrounds, giant chess, barbecue area. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Hotel restaurant, and you can pay right there. But you can order Pizza, or choose from the many diners around the lake if you want to. The closest train station is just 2 minutes walk (direct train towards Budapest approximately in every hour) The newly built Velence Korsó sandy beach, with water play house just10 minutes walk away. Right next to this (other 10 minutes walk) is a wakeboard park, with a deeper beach and an outside gym. You can rent SUP and all kinds of water equipment here. Both beach is free of charge with lots of nice diner, where you can have some tasty Hungarian vine and food. You can go around the lake with bicycle. And you will find a service point and rental place just a few minutes from the flat.
