United KingdomThe environment is very beautiful and quiet. The room is comfortable and the furnitures are high quality. The swimming pool is wide and the garden is pretty and abundant. The best of it is the staff are nice and helpful. Even the hotel is not in the center but they have free shutter bus for the guest. And also have reataurants and massage shop near the hotel. We will go back again!

FranceHad a very good time at the Alam Jiwa, staff was very friendly and polite the room was big and spacious. Breakfast was very nice. Also spending time at the pool was nice and quiet. A lot of restaurants in the area, and monkey forest is just 10 min walking.
United Kingdomstaff were so friendly and attentive. the rooms were incredibly spacious and we loved the outdoor shower. breakfast was amazing and delivered to your room where you can sit outside and overlook the rice terraces. lovely pool area although we didn’t get a chance to use it. there were a lot of really nice restaurants and cafe shops within walking distance of the hotel too which was ideal.
