We got an upgrade from two rooms to a two bedroom pool villa at a very good price, and the villa is spacious! The pool is a bit bigger than normal pool in a normal pool villa, which is good. My family and I talked every day that it was the best decision to do that upgrade. The location is right in the center where we can walk to many restaurants, shops and cafes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I like that the hotel made available the adapters in both bedrooms.

The staff were so responsive helpful and friendly they felt like friends! Coffee station in our room to fix hot drinks was great. Good sized room with twin beds and large bathroom. The restaurant was excellent, I had my favourite meal in Bali there. Great coffee too.

Perfect location. Staff was also super nice, honest and helpful! All great restaurants are just across the street and next to the hotel. LA favela club is also less than 5 min walk and mexicola about 15 min. The drivers were very nice and the room very comfortable.
