The location was awesome! Super friendly host family! Mr. Buda and his family were awesome! They helped me with my bags at arrival. They offered me fresh coffee and local fruits...bananas and oranges. If you get tired of Bali cities or beaches, and want a beautiful mountains, jungle, and rice fields...then this is the place for you! Awesome view! Mr. Buda also offers several different tour packages at a good price. He can take you jungle trekking, and/or to the local waterfalls, etc. He might be offering Balinese cooking classes in the future...so you can ask about that. Also Mr. Buda speaks English very well, so he can help you or explain things very well. AAA+++

Buda and his family are so friendly and welcoming! The location of the homestay is away from crowds and tourism. With such a great view on rice fields you have a great stay in the indonesian nature!!! I recommend the tour to the fields and the waterfall with Buda! It is worth it!!!

From start to finish everything was amazing! Buda and his family are so incredibly kind and warm, you feel right at home immediately. His daughter Angel preformed Balinese dances for us and even taught us a few moves! We also took part in the Waterfall tour Buda offers which was an absolute highlight of the trip. The room was spacious with one of the most gorgeous views of the rice terraces we have seen. The breakfast was also delicious too!! Honestly, we wish we could’ve stayed longer! Buda and his family are the most amazing and friendly people you can imagine. I have been staying at Buda’s Homestay quite a few times already and I am always welcomed very warm heartedly! The view you get in the morning waking up in the jungle are just stunning. It's very easy to relax and forget all the hustle you have in the southern parts of Bali. I can also highly recommend to book the waterfall tour as well as the cultural tour Buda is offering. Especially the cultural tour is just something totally different you probably won't find anywhere else in the island. I feel totally blessed to have been able to experience this!

Our stay at Buda’s Homestay not only met, but exceeded our expectations. We were humbled and moved by the warm-hearted friendliness and hospitality of Buda and his family. His daughter Angelina was a real angel and we had fun spending time with her:) The view from our toom was amazing too! Buda’s trekk through the rice terraces and to the waterfalls was amazing. The landscape is so beautiful. We were able to get do many pretty pictures and drone shots(Buda is also a passionate fotographer, thank you!) We’re so glad to have been able to experience the real Bali! Also the villages around that area were fantastic to see, people there are still happy to meet tourists and it’s just all smiles and „helloooo‘s“. Thank you for having us as your guests.
