On top of Central Park Mall. Walk to Neo Soho and APL Tower. Car park is free *T&C Trans Jakarta bus. Laundromat nearby. Clean, cozy, quiet in the unit. Facilities (free) : Pool & jacuzzy. Gym, table tennis (pls bring rackets). Playground for kids. Wifi and cable tv. Drinking water (hot and cool). Microwave, mini electric pan. 4 dedicated lift to the unit. AC in common room & bedroom. Shower with hot water. Towels, linens, blankets. Hair dryer. Tissue, shower gel & shampoo. Washing machine, drying rack. Wardrobe, hanger. Portable fan. Dinnerwares. Note : - We always replace all the used/unused sheets after guests left (bed sheets, sofa sheet, pillow sheets, blankets, bed cover, floormat, etc) and washed by profesional laundry service. - Comfortable for 4 persons stay (1 queen bed for 2, 1 sofa bed for 2). - Atmosphere spacious and bright, located in prestigious neighbourhood Podomoro City. - Balcony with city view. House rule : - Small simple gatherings are allowed up to 8 people. Please let me know in advance. - please keep noise down from 8pm. - please keep the place clean and tidy.
