United States of AmericaDesa Hay is so beautiful. I really enjoyed Munduk Cabins so I wanted to try out Desa Hay in Canggu. I'm so glad I did. The rooms, the garden and pool area are all so well done. Just a beautiful place. The staff are very kind and attentive. There was a storm that caused a power outage in all of Canggu, and Desa Hay was so kind to apologize and offer a gift for the trouble, even though they didn't have to, it was not their fault. They really do go above and beyond in terms of customer service.

They have put things in the room you didn’t think you need & the cherry on top they were able to accommodate our late checkout request which was very helpful.
