One of the few Hotels with traditional Balinese ambience among the international templates. This was an incredibly busy time of year. The entire staff throughout all the hotel departments and outlets remained ultra-friendly and efficient under great pressure. Thank you for helping make this a very memorable New Year holiday.

United KingdomGrand Istana Rama is our hotel of choice in Kuta. Large comfortable rooms in a relaxing garden setting. Great restaurant with live music, good pool and excellent staff. Also located on the beach and right next door to the Beachwalk Shopping Mall. I don't know why I am telling you all this, I would really like to keep it a secret. Best value beachfront hotel in Kuta.

United KingdomThe location is right beside the Beachwalk mall and right across of Kuta Beach. All important Kuta sites could be accessed by foot. You can really maximize your stay here. The breakfast was satisfying too, and they also accommodate breakfast boxes if you need to go to a trip instead. The airport pickup that they offered was also a good deal compared to taking the cab.
PhilippinesIn terms of the closeness to the beach and the shopping center, the hotel's location was incredible. The room that we booked was wonderful, with a huge bed, and a nice little patio with a chair out front, and a bath and separate shower, and even more so in terms of value for money. The hotel pool and other amenities were also superb, and we very much enjoyed our spa bookings and excursions made through the hotel. The hotel restaurant's room service was DELICIOUS, and made all the changes we asked for without an issue.
