Very welcoming and friendly staff. Everyone had a smile on their face and were happy to help with all the requests we had. We stayed in the sea view room with a balcony with a beautiful sunset view. The bed and pillow were comfy. It is a simple hotel that provides all your needs but has no luxury feel or a wow factor.

    Tanjung Pandan being the biggest town in Belitung Island is the focal point for any trips to explore Belitung. However, public transport in Tanjung Pandan is non-existence, so you have to rely on Grab or the hotel to get any means of transportation to explore the Island. Tanjung Pandan has few good seafood restaurants. The town is old but clean. People are friendly. If you are there don't miss to explore the few beautiful islands with unspoilt white sandy beaches.

    Tanjungpandan is great for island-hopping.

    Tanjungpandan is great for island-hopping. The water is crystal clear, white sandy beaches, big boulders on afew of the islands and the highlight of the trip was a closed-up encounter with a starfish. Great place for snorkeling and swim with the fishes between Lengkuas and Kelayang island. However, getting around is not convenient. But with a Grab App on hand, it is very convenient.

    The local market and the coffee places are very authentic. Great places for meeting people. The 'park' on westside offers nice spots to watch sunset. The city is a bit busy only in the weekends and serves as one of the weekend escapes from busy Jakarta. The sea is clear and small islands can be easily reached by boats from tbe harbour.

    We were immediately welcomed with warmth and care.

    We were immediately welcomed with warmth and care. It was an environment I'd never experienced before where nature felt preserved and respected. It made for the best retreat we could have ever hoped for. The staff were incredible, the sea views spectacular and often breath taking. The seafood was delicious and we even saw the milky way from our terrace. I would recommend it to everyone and cant wait to return. Thank you to every one there. We didn't want to leave.

    Well, I like the place as there are no traffic jams there.

    Well, I like the place as there are no traffic jams there. I would suggest everyone to try the " lempah kuning", the traditional food of Bangka. It's a beautiful place for a holiday especially if you love sun bathing or water sports. Btw, don't forget to try the Bangka white pepper.

    The hotel has a great location, close to the city center! The staff is very helpful 👍 There is possibility to rent a bike! the rooms were cleaned every day, fresh towels every day! I would surely recommend this wonderful hotel and island 👍

    Nice breakfast with good coffee and bread! ! It's always disappointing in a 4star hotel though, to pour a glass of juice, only to discover that it's not juice, but syrup. That said, it was possible to get a glass of fresh juice on request.

    The hotel was quite new. It is clean and comfortable. Located near the city center so it was easy to access everything! The staffs were nice. The breakfast was okay. I love the pool, it was super huge! We had a great time overall.
