The location of hi villa is fantastic. Was perfectly located close to nice restaurants and amenities like shops and convenience stores. Decor of villa is pondok style with ornate design and a superb comfortable bed. The pool and outside area is private and immaculately maintained. Staff are accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Komang and Kadek are delightful guys and will assist you in anyway they can.

Hi-Villa is an ethnic rustic designed one bedroom studio villa in Seminyak with a private pool & open rice field scenery. This villa is a perfect accommodation for those who love nature and the nightlife of Bali. Located about 15 to 30mins walk to the beach, cafes, beach clubs and nightclubs, atm, seminyak square and more. Hi-Villa offers you to have your holiday in style, a refreshment and too, a sense of your home away from home. Get your FREE breakfast at our own cafe called Hi Dapur and Gallery. Free breakfast served at the cafe from Mon-Sat, 8am to 11am. Hi Dapur cafe and gallery open Mon to Sat from 8am to midnight. On particular days the cafe will have Live Music starting 8.30pm until no longer than midnight. Feel free to hang out, sing along, and have your dine and drink. On top of this cafe we also have Hi Apartment Rooms. There are 3 private rooms (room only no pool), with modern style designed for those who look for an affordable budget place to stay.
Around the property there are some other villas / hotels, 24 hours mini mart and there are also some cafes. Located on main street Lebak Sari which public transports are easy to find. Suggested to always ask assistance from our staff if you need transport. Next to the property just 1 minute wals there is a 24 hours medical clinic (standard medical assistance ).
