Mandox Villa dibangun di kawasan wisata strategis pada perbukitan Kuta Selatan Kabupaten Badung Bali yang bebas dari kemacetan dan kebisingan. Bangunanya memadukan konsep modern dengan lingkungan alam tropis pada kawasan yang dikelilingi pantai. Mandox Villa Bali dibangun dengan. 3 lantai, namun lantai paling atas adalah khusus area Rooftop. Dari lantai 3 (atas) para tamu bisa melihat pemandangan perbukitan dengan garis pantai yang eksotik, dan tamu bisa melihat keindahan matahari terbit dan sunset di sela perbukitan. Pada lantai 1 terdapat dua kamar tidur, ruangbkerja, dan Kitchen dengan kelengkapanya serta ruang tamu yang berhadapan dengan kolam. Pada lantai dua terdapat 3 kamar tidur, 2 living room out door tempat para tamu ngobrol santai. Keseluruhan kamar tidur dilengkapi kamar mandi dengan produk peralatanya yang rekomended serta tersedia cold&hot water. Pasilitas penting lainnya adalah Wifi, Smart TV, Serta AC.
