Matra was clean, rooms were basic and comfortable. Staff genuinely friendly. Neighbor's roosters annoying. Food and coffee worth repeating, however there are plenty of other options just down the street. The co-working space has a great view and most people were quiet. Internet fast, but some sites are blocked (government?). A VPN solved the problem.
