Easy to reach from the ferry on Waisai. Meals served on your private deck. Nice beds and mosquito net. Rooms are larger then most in Raja and have cubbies for your stuff, coffee, tea and water in the room. Room directly over the water with fish swimming around below. Excellent snorkeling on the house reef. They take you for excursions to nearby reefs, Manta Sandy, Aborek, and more.

This was our first time in Raja Ampat and our stay at Methos was more than what we could have imagined. The staff were very accommodating, the views from the hut were incredible and everything was well furnished in our room. We loved spending time on the beautiful deck and will definitely be coming back again.

So many things - The host Martijn (and Esmee, Younus, Samson and everyone else) made our trip beyond exceptional - The peace and quiet given by the secluded location is unparalleled - Proximity to one of the most beautiful snorkeling spots we've ever visited - Esmee's personal care of our entire outdoor tours made our trip the most memorable - Food was very tasty. Never once had a complaint. They even bake a farewell cake!!!

The reefs right outside the bungalows are in great shape, and we appreciated Methos’s family being so kind and attentive to us. We were even welcomed to the nearby village’s Christmas celebrations. Very nice place. The staff is very nice, however only one person speaks English at all. If he's not on your activity, you will have no clue what's going on. Also, the activities/day trips, while very nice, are quite expensive. Food was good. Bungalows are fine. Very nice view and house reef.

Wow! What a place to stay! First of all it is worth noting that this is a basic accommodation with no running water and electricity only at night, but this is a small price to pay for staying in this amazing place. The bungalows on the water are incredible! The view from them out onto the ocean is just stunning. We sat out most mornings and evenings to watch the sunrise and sunset. The sound of the sea while you chill out in the bungalow is just bliss. The day trips that were organised by Methos were really great. Martijn and Jonas are so kind, helpful and the perfect level of attentive.
